【Attention】

 

  1. The study material fees do not include EJU/JLTP examination fees or dictionaries.
  2. Extracurricular activities are conducted as part of classes; the fees are not refunded in case of absence due to personal reasons.
  3. The health management fees include casualty insurance premiums and health checkup fees.
  4. If the tuition fees are not paid within the designated period, the enrollment may be cancelled.
  5. As a general rule, the tuition fees are not refunded. Exceptions apply in the following cases, in accordance with the school’s refund policy.
  6. If you cannot start the school for unavoidable reasons after obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status, you can return the Letter of Acceptance and submit explanations and proof to have the fees refunded, excluding the entrance exam fees and money transfer fees. If you cancel your enrollment for personal reasons, you must return the original copy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status to the school to have the fees refunded.
  7. After the enrollment, the tuition fees are not refunded for any reason.

Write your name and the number of your Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status in the message section when making the transfer. The original copy will be mailed after the transfer is received. Before coming to Japan, you need to inform the school of the following in writing:

  1. Date and time of arrival in Japan
  2. Flight number
  3. Name of the departure/arrival airport, time of departure/arrival
  4. Student name
  5. Number of students
Students entering the dormitory are greeted by teachers! Avoid flights on Saturday and Sunday when coming to Japan. Come to Japan with students from the same area. Teachers come to the airport to greet the students.
  • When coming to Japan on days designated by the school, airport greeting services are free of charge.
  • When coming to Japan on days not designated by the school, airport greeting services are 5,000 yen per person.

Students entering the dormitory are greeted by teachers so it is not necessary for family members in Japan to come and greet them. Even if family comes to the airport, student must follow the instructions of the teachers and carry out dormitory entrance procedures on the day they enter Japan. Please avoid meeting family members already living in Japan on the day of arriving in Japan as much as possible. Students can meet their family members on Saturdays and Sundays if possible.
