On Tuesday, October 6, our students participated in a community cleanup volunteer activity.

To help keep the neighborhood where we live clean and beautiful, everyone worked together to pick up litter along the roads and in the surrounding areas.

The streets we walk along every day may seem clean at first, but when we took a closer look, we found quite a lot of litter…! With garbage bags in hand, the students worked hard, carefully picking up litter one piece at a time from the roads and sidewalks.
At the end of the class, one student even came to the teacher and said, “I’d like to clean up around the dormitory, so could I have a garbage bag?” ✨
Seeing the neighborhood gradually become cleaner helped the students realize the importance of keeping our community clean. 😊

We hope to continue learning not only Japanese, but also about Japanese culture and society through a variety of activities!
