Requirements
You must meet all the following conditions.
1.You are a foreign national and have completed at least 12 years of education overseas or equivalent.
2.You meet at least one of the following conditions
(A) N2 or above of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) conducted by the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.
(B) must obtain a score of 200 or higher in the Japanese language section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) administered by the Japan Student Services Organization .
(C) You received Japanese language education for at least one year at a Japanese language school authorized by the Ministry of Justice and had a good attendance rate.
3.You are enthusiastic about study and highly independent.
4.You can prove your ability to pay the tuition fees and living expenses.

・In addition to the above, we may ask you to submit other documents in some cases.
・Incomplete or missing documents may not be accepted.
・If there are any false statements in the submitted documents, the admission may be cancelled.
・The submitted documents and the paid screening fee will not be returned for any reason.

- The exam date will be individually notified after your application is received. If you are unavailable on the scheduled date, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
- Even during the application period mentioned above, the application will close once the recruitment quota is filled.
■ Application Process After Submission
1. Apply | Applications must be received within the application period. |

2. Screening | After screening application documents, we will test you in writing test and interview. * The examination venue (including online selection) and selection time will be notified via the admission ticket. |
3. Admission Notice | We will send the documents to the current address provided on the application form. For successful applicants, enrollment procedure documents will be enclosed. *We do not respond to any inquiries regarding admission results or related matters. |
4. Payment of Tuition Fees | Please transfer the enrollment fee from a financial institution within the designated enrollment procedure period. * If you do not pay by the due date without prior consultation, we will consider your enrollment canceled. |
5. Certificate of Admission | After completing the enrollment procedure, an admission certificate will be issued. *Please keep the admission certificate safe until your enrollment. It will not be reissued even if lost. *Applicants who are expected to graduate must submit attendance, academic performance, and graduation certificates again after graduation. |

*If you wish to decline admission after completing the admission procedures, you must submit an “Admission Decline Form” and, provided that this form is accepted by March 31, 2026, all fees paid, excluding the admission fee, will be refunded.
The deadline for applications to decline admission is March 31, 2026. If you decline admission after that, the amount you paid will not be refunded. please note
*Payment for the second year is until the end of March,2027 of the first year.

Our school provides a partial admission fee waiver for outstanding students, taking into account their Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) scores and other achievements.
* Fee reductions cannot be combined. Only the highest applicable reduction will be applied.
