Requirements

You must meet all the following conditions.

1.You are a foreign national and have completed at least 12 years of education overseas or equivalent.

2.You meet at least one of the following conditions

(A) N2 or above of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) conducted by the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.
(B) must obtain a score of 200 or higher in the Japanese language section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) administered by the Japan Student Services Organization .
(C) You received Japanese language education for at least six months at a Japanese language school authorized by the Ministry of Justice and had a good attendance rate.

3.You are enthusiastic about study and highly independent.

4.You can prove your ability to pay the tuition fees and living expenses.

Documents to submit

①Application form [Designated form] To be completed by the applicant.
②Curriculum vitae [Designated form] To be completed by the applicant.
③Letter of guarantee [Designated form] Filled in and signed by the guarantor.

*The guarantor can be of any nationality, but a Japan resident is preferred.
If the guarantor will be a parent from the applicant’s home country, a translation must be provided if the application is written in a language other than Japanese.

*Students are not allowed to be guarantors

④Attendance certificate and academic records from your Japanese language school
(It must be issued within 2 weeks before application.)
The number of attended days and hours must be written.

*If you are not currently enrolled in a Japanese language school, submit the attendance / transcript of the educational institution you are enrolled in.

⑤Graduation certificate and academic records from the last school you attended in your country Original issued by your home institution

*For documents in a foreign language, attach Japanese translations approved by your current school in Japan.

⑥Copy of your passport Copies of your passport (ID page and all pages with arrival/departure stamps) (A4)
*Will be checked against the original.
⑦Copy of your Residence Card Make copies of both sides (A4)
⑧Documents regarding your sponsor Documents proving money transfers from the sponsor to the applicant, or copies of the bank book proving that you have enough money to pay the tuition fees and living expenses
⑨3 photographs (taken in the last three months) H 4.0 cm x W 3.0 cm (no hat; colored) Taken in the last three months

*Please write your name, nationality and date of birth on the back of the photo, and attach one of them to the application form.

⑩Entrance exam fee 20,000yen (postal money order)
⑪Results of JLPT and/or EJU If you have taken JLPT or EJU, attach a copy.
【Attention】
・Please fill out the form in Japanese using a black ballpoint pen.
・In addition to the above, we may ask you to submit other documents in some cases.
・Incomplete or missing documents may not be accepted.
・If there are any false statements in the submitted documents, the admission may be cancelled.
・The submitted documents and the paid screening fee will not be returned for any reason.

  • Deadline
  • The entrance exam date will be notified individually after the application is accepted. Please contact us if you are not available on the entrance exam date.
  • The admission closes as soon as the number of applications reaches the quota.

*The tuition fees are reduced for international students. The fees to be paid at the time of enrollment is 700,000 yen, and the fees to be paid at the beginning of the second year is 600,000 yen.
*In addition to the above, a separate activity fee of 30,000 yen is required.
*3,850 yen will be collected every year as a health checkup fee (fees are subject to change).
*If you decline admission after completing the admission procedure, you will be refunded excluding the admission fee only if you submit the “Notice of Refusal of Admission” and return the “Certificate of Admission” by March 31.
 The deadline for applications to decline admission is March 31. If you decline admission after that, the amount you paid will not be refunded. please note
*Payment for the second year is until the end of March of the first year.
