  1. In order to improve the motivation and learning skills of students, students will take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test for free once, depending on the student’s level and learning situation.
  2. Extracurricular activities are done as part of the class, so it can’t be refunded even in non-participation for personal reasons.
  3. If the payment of tuition is not confirmed by the given deadline, the admission may be canceled.
  4. After obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility, if you can’t enroll in the cause of irresistible factors, you need to return to school the Letter of Acceptance, submit the proof materials and instructions, we will minus the remittance charge, admissions fees and application fees refund you the rest. If you can’t enroll in the cause of your personal reason and not return to school the original “Certificate of Eligibility”, we will not return the cost.
  5. In all other cases, even before admission, will not be returned any tuition that is delivered once.
  6. After admission, we will not refund any fees for any reason.

Students entering the dormitory are greeted by teachers! Avoid flights on Saturday and Sunday when coming to Japan. Come to Japan with students from the same area. Teachers come to the airport to greet the students.
  • When coming to Japan on days designated by the school, airport greeting services are free of charge.
  • When coming to Japan on days not designated by the school, airport greeting services are 5,000 yen per person.

Students entering the dormitory are greeted by teachers so it is not necessary for family members in Japan to come and greet them. Even if family comes to the airport, student must follow the instructions of the teachers and carry out dormitory entrance procedures on the day they enter Japan. Please avoid meeting family members already living in Japan on the day of arriving in Japan as much as possible. Students can meet their family members on Saturdays and Sundays if possible.
