Closing of office procedures
over winter break

Wednesday, December 25, 2019 – Sunday, January 5, 2020
The school administration will be closed during the above period.
Please note that documents such as certificates cannot be issued.
Normal operation will resume on Monday, January 6, 2020.
If you would like a certificate issued in December, please apply by December 19th (Thu).
*Same for issuance of documents for graduates

Notification to all enrolled students
・Apply in advance if you would like proof of long term break or an enrollment certificate issued to submit to your place of work.
・Consult with your teacher in advance about issuance of certificates necessary for job hunting, going on to higher education, etc.
