Female international students from Nepal participated as a volunteer for the “Morioka: City of Yukata” initiative.
Dressed in yukatas, they handed out event flyers at the “Yo-ichi” market and interacted with many local residents.
They also took part in a rock-paper-scissors game where participants could win two heads of lettuce, happily playing the game with customers.
It was a valuable opportunity for the students to experience Japanese culture and the charm of the local community😊
