Introduction to New Year’s cards (Japanese culture class)

December 17th,our school organized a special cultural experience for our students from Bangladesh and Nepal: learning to create raditional Japanese New Year cards, known as nengajo! 🐍🎍
2025 is the Year of the Snake in Japan. Through this activity, the students not only practiced Japanese expressions related to the New Year but also learned about the unique tradition of sending New Year greetings.
This hands-on experience not only enhances their Japanese language skills but also gives them a deeper appreciation of Japanese culture.
We hope such activities help our students better understand Japanese traditions and create lasting memories on their language-learning journey! ✨📚
