On Wednesday, May 27, we held a Traffic Safety Workshop for our students.
On the day of the workshop, we invited officers from the local police station to provide easy-to-understand guidance on important traffic rules and manners for living in Japan. Students had the opportunity to review topics such as the latest bicycle regulations, how to safely cross at crosswalks, and how to understand traffic signals.
Many students were surprised by the differences between Japan’s traffic rules and those of their home countries. It was particularly impressive to see them listening attentively and taking the session seriously. Through explanations based on real-life examples, the workshop provided an excellent opportunity to further raise their awareness of traffic safety.
We will continue to organize activities like this to help ensure that our students can live safely and confidently in Japan🚲✨
